When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, email address, shipping address and payment details. Payment information is handled by our secure checkout provider — we do not store your full card number. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited to keep the site working and improve it.

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, to send order confirmations and shipping updates, to answer your questions, and to prevent fraud. If you choose to hear from us, we may send occasional offers and news — every message includes a way to stop receiving them.

We share information with our checkout and payment provider, shipping carriers, service providers that help operate this website, and Meta for permitted advertising measurement and optimization as described below. Advertising sharing may be considered sharing for targeted advertising under applicable US privacy laws; you can opt out in Cookie settings.

Where permitted, Meta Platforms receives page views, product views and confirmed cart additions through Meta Pixel. This includes the page URL, product identifiers and quantities, IP address, browser and device information, and advertising cookie identifiers. We use this to measure advertising and support ad optimization. This website does not send your email address, phone number or other customer matching fields to Meta.

We do not show a consent banner. Advertising measurement is enabled only for confirmed US visits and is blocked in all other or unknown regions, including regions requiring prior consent. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and saved refusals turn it off. Open Cookie settings in the footer to stop advertising measurement at any time; opening the settings does not change your choice. Your refusal is recorded on this browser with its time, visitor reference, region and the notice version shown, and applies to other open tabs. Previously blocked events are not replayed.

The site uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how the store works.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, warranty and legal purposes, and protect them with reasonable technical and organizational measures.
